Jersey Mike’s, the fastest-growing restaurant chain in the United States, with more than 2,500 franchised and corporate-owned locations throughout the country, believes that making a sub sandwich and making a difference can be one and the same.

At Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc., headquartered in Manasquan, NJ, we know that our greatest resource is our people. Currently, we are seeking a paralegal to take us to the next level for our corporate team. This is a full time, in-person position with excellent benefits, and salary commensurate to experience. This individual will work under the supervision of the company’s in-house attorneys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a broad spectrum of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing franchise agreements and related documents
  • Communication with franchisees regarding documentation and processes
  • Franchise database management.
  • Reviewing basic corporate documents
  • Performing other related duties as required

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to follow and enforce required processes and legal requirements
  • Self-starter who takes the initiative to drive projects to the finish line
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality
  • Computer skills, including database management, document drafting, and spreadsheet management
  • At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal working on corporate matters, franchise experience a plus
